Email enquiries

Region Shift is operated by Sinko Sinko Pty Ltd. Use the Contact us button on the contact page to open your email app. This website has no active enquiry submission form.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any name or other information you include. Please send only what is needed for your enquiry and avoid sensitive personal information.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond to you and manage the conversation. We do not sell identifiable personal information or use enquiries for unrelated marketing without separate agreement.

Email services and access

Enquiries are handled in our Microsoft 365 mailbox by authorised staff. Microsoft processes email as our service provider, and your own email provider also handles the message. Email and service records may be processed outside Australia.

Retention, access and deletion

We keep correspondence while it is needed to handle your enquiry and related follow-up, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We have not set an automatic deletion schedule. You may request access to, correction or deletion of information you have previously provided. We will explain any records that need to be retained. Deletion from active mailboxes may not immediately remove recoverable or backup copies.

Website services

This release does not enable visitor analytics or advertising trackers. Website hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure their services, such as IP addresses and request details.

Optional research

TERRAIN research participation is separate and optional. Sending an enquiry does not enrol you in research. Separate consent will be requested before participation.

Region Shift provides general decision support only. It is not financial, legal, migration, tax or real-estate advice. Check details with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
